Provision of the supplementary facilities and services necessary for the network background of Government Windows and for the operation of document offices. The definition of the aim can be divided up into two parts:
1. Development of the network and information background of Document Offices and Government Windows: Depending on the resources of the project, it is an objective to upgrade the devices of the local telecommunications networks (LAN) of Government Windows by the replacement of the switches and UPS devices, furthermore, development of systems supporting territorial maintenance processes.
2. System developments necessary the provision of supplementary facilities and services for the operation of document offices: User rights management for the professionals of KEK KH, enhancement of Electronic document provision, procurement of portable devices for taking biometric data, updating and development of the training modules of specialized systems of document offices, procurement of the supplementary POS terminals necessary for paying with bank cards.
NISZ will upgrade the devices used in the structured local information networks of Document Offices and Government Windows (switches, UPSs) in about 260 sites.
