Expansion of the Centralised Governmental IT System – „KKIR3”

The primary aim of the project is to make the infocommunication service uniform between institutions currently served by NISZ as a result of the restructuring of the system of bodies of Hungarian public administration, as well as institutions that will be covered by NISZ in the future as a result of the restructuring, and thereby making the work of governmental institutions - by the further development of the environment and functions supporting electronic processing - more efficient than at present. This is planned to be accomplished primarily by the enhancement and standardization of the infocommunication services meeting the needs of the institutions and providing the technological background for processing, and thereby by the more flexible serving of the infocommunication needs of the organizational changes occurring in ministries from time to time. The project sets the aim of implementing more efficient operation of institutions connected to public administration procedures, by simplifying and accelerating the “everyday” processes between ministries.
