Aim(s) of the project 
  1. upgrading the infrastructural conditions of centralized IT support,
  2. provision of voice services and infrastructural upgrades,
  3. performance of system developments supporting the processes of supply,
  4. development of the information infrastructure of Government Windows and IT upgrades in the document offices, furthermore,
  5. implementation of developments related to Government Windows

Significant efficiency improvement and cost savings can be achieved by the implementation of the KKIR2 project in central public administration.

 

Result(s) of the project 

Print management:
The project will procure new printers in six ministries – FM, NGM, NFM, ME, IM, EMMI – simultaneously with the implementation of the print management system.

Procurement of notebooks and smartphones:
The procurement of 210 notebooks and 907 smartphones for the ministries will ensure the necessary infrastructure developments.

Voice consolidation and infrastructure development:
Expansion of the existing large corporate voice branch exchange, making the obsolete branch exchanges used in the premises of the institutions covered by the service IP-enabled, making 10,000 lines bidirectional, implementation of a platform providing state-of-the-art telephone and video conferencing.

Supporting system:
The IT support system will be renewed, new ERP will be implemented.

Government Windows:
Supply of state-of-the-art telecommunications and IT instruments to Document Offices and Government Windows (PCs, IP telephones, security and document printers, servers, storage and backup systems, furthermore, establishment of the new infrastructure when the Government Windows are opened).

Application developments:
New applications are developed for the Government Windows. The web portal of KEF will be renewed and more by developments will also be made.
