Registration system of the standard administrative document management system
Service description 

KÉR provides the service pursuant to Article 2 (5a) lit. (a) of  Government decree 335/2005. (XII. 29.) on the common provisions of the document management in public administrative bodies, and in those contained in the chapter on the standard document management system of the Government.

This includes the registration, security screening, opening of paper-based consignments received through regular post, attachment of a registration ID, the selection of consignments constituting exemptions under the law and transmission of these to the addressee entity, the conversion of consignments not belonging to the scope of exemptions into electronic documents, their recording in the registration of received mail, sending them to the addressee electronically, placing these in the archives temporarily.
