Aim(s) of the project

This project supports the computerisation of such processes functioning in the maintenance of connections between offices and agencies of the state or belonging to the internal operations of agencies, which are necessary for enabling the electronic support of processes directly observed by the clients (state administration processes, services). The broad implementation of electronic maintenance of connections is enabled, as a precondition, by fundamental infrastructure developments, IT developments affecting other government offices, as well as the implementation of the related infrastructural background, which is essential for making electronic processing a general practice within government offices. The ongoing transfers of powers, the allocation of certain frequented groups of matters to the district-level offices assume the successful implementation of this project, since the clients are only able to process matters nearer to their homes if the planned fundamental services necessary for that are available.
