Identification by Telephone with a Partial Code (RKTA) is a regulated electronic processing service specified and regulated in Article 35 paragraph (1) lit. (c) of the Act on electronic processing.
This service is a novel kind of identification, which enables clients to process certain cases of entities providing electronic processing by telephone (on the Citizens Line - 1818). In addition to identification by telephone, the service also enables identification on the Internet, it can be used through the Central Identification agent service.
In order to enable the customer to clients their matters through the RKTA service on telephone as well, the relevant entity (or its specialized system) needs to join this service.
